FSU Prestate Individual Recap

I’ve taken the top runners in boys and girls races and listed their top 5k xc times, their 3200m/1600m times and using the VDOT calculator predicted their 5K times based on their 3200m, 1600m or 800m personal bests.

The cut off for kids was 16:30 for boys and 19:30 for girls. My thinking is that these kids have a shot of breaking 16:00 or 19:00 in this race.
